Details of the Training

  • We will explore the natural benefits of an aligned body and go deeper into how yoga can assist to align our body and its energy.
  • We will attempt to various approaches into the yoga postures and understand the suitability of different types of bodies
  • The importance of emotions and its influence on our body will be included.

 

Significance of the Training

  • This training involves basic knowledge of body, energy alignment and the very importance of balance.
  • In this training, we may see our body in a different perspective and create a better environment for our yoga journey.
  • You will understand the importance of body energy which brings us health, joy and peace.

 

Schedule

16 Jul to 31 Aug 2025

First Session with Cherry:

Every Wednesday & Thursday 6:45-9:15pm from 16 Jul to 6 Aug 2025

Second Session with Wing:

Every Wednesday& Thursday 6:45-9:15pm from 7 to 31 Aug 2025

And addition with 3 Sundays for in-depth training on 3, 24, 28 and 31 Aug 2025
