Core Yoga 核心肌群

This class is tailored with a sequence so that participants could step by step activate the deep core muscles. With the relaxing ambient in the studio, the sequence became enjoyable, but effective. Stable and strong deep core muscle gives the integrity of every Asanas.

這個課堂的次序經過特別設計,逐步深化以達到深層的核心肌群。導師以輕鬆的氣氛,帶著大家愉快地喚醒深層的核心肌群。穩定有力的核心肌群能有助大家於各瑜伽式子的韌性,達致柔韌有餘的自在狀態。
