Yin Yoga 陰瑜伽

 

In Yin Yoga, postures are holding for a longer time which allow sufficient time for the stretching part to restore into its natural qualities. Yin Yoga is based on the meridians (energy channels of body) to tailor for the sequence.

 

陰瑜伽的特色之處是較靜態,動作會維持較長,讓身體自動調節至自然舒張狀態,我們會運用的身體部分,如深層的筋膜,身體會自行調配能量及精進運化。陰瑜伽的動作也是按經脈循行系統而安排的。
