Alignment Yoga 瑜伽正位
Alignment Yoga includes postures for better alignment of body and this class normally would deploy necessary yoga props. A good alignment covers all the natural position of our body structure. So the class is not only involving the balance of left and right side, but it also includes the alignment of spine in a vertical direction. Members usually could observe gaining height after regular practice as the natural space in between each vertebrae are restoring.
能量正位有需要時會以瑜伽的輔助工具,調整身體的平衡。身體的平衡包括身體自然的結構,故課堂不單只平衡左右,也包括了脊骨縱向的調整,故也有不少恆常的學員發現身體的高度增加了。
