Stick Yoga 棍子瑜伽

Stick yoga is approaching Asanas with stick. It activates the muscles in group and helps for better alignment of postures. With the stick, many participants found deeper and effective stretch for shoulder and full body stretching. Stick yoga also could efficiently stimulate Qi Flow.

棍子瑜伽是以棍子作輔助,有助容易進入式子,及有效深化動作。輔以棍子能更有效察覺肌肉群組的活動,從而喚醒或在沉睡的部分,非常適合肩膀及全身伸展。棍子瑜伽亦有助促進身體的能量(氣)流動。
