Aerial Yoga 空中瑜伽

 

Aerial Yoga is yoga with hammock. Similar to other yoga props, it can facilitate to approach the posture and can deepen the posture with variations. One signature feature of aerial yoga is its anti-gravity nature which makes use of one’s body weight for deepening the stretch and naturally relaxing for spine.

 

空中瑜伽是以吊布作為輔助作式子,一方面可協助進入動作,另一方面也可深化伸展,動作優雅,但也能有效的鍛鍊肌群力量及身體的協調性,剛柔並濟。空中瑜伽其中一個特色之處是反重力,在吊布上的動作配合自身體重,從而深化伸展。
