Details of the Training

  • We will explore on the eight limbs of traditional yoga and the energy channels of our body and will discuss the basic mechanism of body functions with Qi.
  • We will experience on our body for some body movements and yoga postures.
  • The importance of emotions and health will be included.

 

Significance of the Training

  • This training involves basic knowledge of energy channels, fascia wellness and we will build up the practice through detail understanding of our body.
  • In this training, we may see our body in a different way than in our daily life.
  • You will understand the importance of smooth flow of body energy which brings us health, joy and peace.

20 November 2024 to 23 January 2025

(Every Wednesday & Thursday, 6:45 to 9:15pm

and 8 December 2024 & 12 January 2025 (Sun) 1:30 to 6:30pm)

 

*No class on 25 & 26 December 2024

 

*In case certain session(s) will be inevitably missed, make-up class could be arranged on case-by-case basis
